This hotel offers a great location with easy access to transportation, shopping and dining options. Our room was tidy and comfortable, with fresh linens and towels provided every day. the onsen was a great way to end the day, with well-maintained facilities and relaxing hot baths. Breakfast was delicious, with a good selection of Japanese and Western choices.
The hotel could use some upgrades in terms of decor and furnishings.

We had a great family experience! The hotel had a cool play area, video game room, karaoke room and an onsen. The tatamis in the room were new and clean. We enjoyed the hot baths, they were very pleasant. Location was very convenient, with the train station, park, shopping stores and restaurants nearby.
Nothing to dislike!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location couldn't have been more convenient, with the train station, local stores, restaurants, and a beautiful park all within easy reach. We were able to easily go sightseeing and even caught a glimpse of the stunning Mt. Fuji in the background. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, with fresh sheets and futon mats. The onsen, or hot baths, were a true highlight of our stay, providing a relaxing and pleasant experience. The hotel also had great amenities for families, with a play area, video game room, and karaoke room, ensuring everyone had a fun time.
We highly recommend this hotel to all.

Great location near shops and restaurants. Convenient for sightseeing. Enjoyed the onsen. The tatamis were clean and comfortable.
Rooms were old and not well-maintained. Unpleasant smell of smoke in non-smoking rooms. Poor cleanliness. Expensive for what you get. Wouldn't recommend this hotel for your new year's stay.

The hot springs were fantastic! It was the perfect way to relax and unwind during our romantic getaway. The location was also great - we were able to easily explore the nearby park and local restaurants. Plus, the hotel offered free bicycles, which was a fun way to see even more of the area.
The room was quite old and worn down, with some unpleasant smells. The breakfast options could have been better, too.
